About
Dr Andrea Clark manages Emergence Hub in Dunedin, New Zealand. She is an experienced policy advisor, applied researcher and evaluator having worked for over 20 years with central government agencies, private businesses and not-for-profit organisations. Emergence Hub crafts bespoke research, evaluation and engagement solutions and draws on experienced research and evaluation associates including kaupapa Māori and Pasifika evaluators and researchers.
